Shipping policy

Shipping Information 

We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days. We reserve the right to request signature on delivery. Our products are shipped from Signal Hill, CA and transit times varies based on destination. 

We are not responsible for packages lost once they have been marked as delivered. If you live in a high risk area or want to make sure your package is not lost or stolen please contact us BEFORE placing your order and we can add a signature required with Identification option (for a fee) to your order. 

Shipping Companies

We currently utilize the following shipping carriers: FedEx, USPS, and UPS. 

Processing Time

Most orders will be processed and with the carrier within 2 business days. 

Transit Time

Times vary based on destination and shipping method. Transit time are not guaranteed by our carriers and we are not responsible for any transit delays. We do our best to ship the orders out in a timely manner and that is all we can control. 

Economy Shipping takes between 2-9 days in the Continental US 

Standard Shipping takes between 2-5 days in the continental US 

Free Shipping 

All orders over $79.99 to the 48 contiguous united states or United States Military Addresses (APOs & FPOs) qualify for free shipping. We will use the cheapest method available and transit time will be similar to our Economy Shipping option. 

Tracking Information 

Tracking numbers are usually available within 24 hours from the time of shipment. You should receive an email notification with your tracking info, but account holders can find and view their tracking number from the customer account page. 

Holidays

We do not ship on any Federal holidays.
